Terms and Conditions:

TERMS and CONDITIONS for HPC DRIVING INSTRUCTION

All agreements between John Lyon and the client are subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. The client must possess a valid driving licence and produce it when requested. By entering into an agreement for driving instruction with John Lyon, the client warrants that he holds an appropriate valid driving licence.

2. John Lyon reserves the right to discontinue instruction of the client at any time or to decline to make further appointments for instruction as the case may be and in such circumstances, a fair rateable proportion of fees paid will be refunded to the client.

3. John Lyon warrants that he has effected adequate and suitable insurance for the purpose of instruction which he undertakes.

4. John Lyon accepts no liability for the loss or damage of any property belonging to the client.

The client should note:

(a) A client reaching the required standard on the High Performance Car Driving Course 'Gold' may wish to apply for membership to the Gold Driving Club. In which event, John Lyon will recommend such an application.

Notice of cancellation:

A period of 14 days is required to cancel an appointment, otherwise the fee is forfeit.
